Delivery T&Cs

  1. The Date of Delivery is the date on which the Goods leave the Companies premises either being carried by the Company or an independent carrier.
  2. All delivery dates and times quoted are estimates only. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs relating to tradesman employed by the customer being delayed.
  3. If the Company is unable to meet any stated delivery date the Customer will be informed of the progress of the order. If the delay is substantial or if the Goods will not be available at all, the Company will offer the option either to cancel the order and refund any payment made or allow the Customer to choose alternative Goods.
  4. The Customer may not cancel the order if the Goods have been purpose made or the Goods are special ordered products.
  5. The Company may decline to deliver, if the Company believe it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult, or the premises (or access to the same) are unsuitable for the Companies vehicle. All deliveries are made to the first point of access.
  6. We shall deliver the Goods as near as possible to the delivery address as a safe hard road permits. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver the Goods to premises considered in the discretion of Our driver to be unsuitable.
  7. We are unable to enter a property with Goods for insurance purposes, in the event that an empty garage is available for goods to be stored until required, this can be done so at the discretion of the driver and with the permission of the property owner.
  8. The Companies workman are instructed to exercise due care and skill in doing their work. The Company will not accept responsibility for damage to the fabric or the contents of the buildings or works however caused. The Customer shall have no claim against the Company in respect of any damage or loss to the Customer personal property or person or any other persons, (except in respect of death or personal injury), caused by theft, fire, explosion, flooding or any other material whether caused by accident or negligence by the Company or its employees or arising from any other apparatus or materials required for the purpose of the Companies work. All safety, health and welfare facilities and arrangements where applicable that are required to comply with the Building Regulations 1948 and any other like regulations for the time being in force, are to be provided by the Customer to the Company free of cost.
  9. If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery of the Goods an additional charge may be made.
